Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
luck50 is obligated under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. An account is classified as dormant if the player has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months. luck50 will notify the player at the email address on file before applying any dormancy administration fee. The monthly dormancy fee shall not exceed PKR 500 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your luck50 account. luck50 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. luck50 targets processing verified withdrawals within 24 hours of the request being submitted, though actual receipt of funds is also subject to processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.
All transactions on the luck50 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luck50 does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Where a payment provider independently applies conversion charges, these are outside luck50's control and are not the responsibility of the Company.
Deposits from payment accounts or cards not registered in the name of the luck50 account holder are strictly prohibited. luck50 will not process withdrawals to any third-party account. Funds deposited from an unverified third-party source may be refunded and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by luck50 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements that are communicated at the point of offer. These promotion-specific terms supplement and are to be read together with these General Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the promotion) on eligible games before any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. luck50 reserves the right to modify the terms of, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a promotion being cancelled before a player has been able to participate, luck50 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players in advance.

In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, pricing error, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrectly settled bet, luck50 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's Real Money Balance. No bet placed in obvious error circumstances will be honoured.
A sports bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the player placed the bet after the official start time (late bet); the odds were clearly and materially incorrect at the time of placement; or the event result cannot be officially verified. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 and the stake is returned in full.
Live in-play bets are accepted at luck50's sole discretion. luck50 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets submitted during a suspended market period will not be accepted and will be returned to the player.
luck50 imposes maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. luck50 reserves the right to withhold payment of any amount in excess of published maximum winnings limits and will refund the original stake for the portion of any bet exceeding these limits.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck50 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may have their balance forfeited pending investigation:

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. luck50 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption to player services during maintenance periods.
luck50 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, luck50 will provide players with reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to their account and/or a notice displayed prominently on the platform.
